We successfully solve problems for our customer’s by designing and engineering foundation requirements for flexible and rigid printed circuit boards and assemblies. We are also a contract manufacturer of flexible circuit assemblies and sub-assemblies, along with wire cable assemblies, sub-systems and systems, complete with final test and certification. Basic Electronics, Inc. and it’s team is regarded as a “Preferred Supplier” to many of its military and commercial customers including Lockheed Martin, Moog, Northrop Grumman, Parker Hannifin and Raytheon to name a few.
There are many design advantages that flexible circuits provide. Flexible interconnects are more reliable, cost effective, lighter in weight and have broad specification acceptance in military and commercial product applications.

Nancy Balzano, co-founder of Basic Electronics, Inc. has been with the company since it’s opening in 1978. Nancy has been involved with every aspect of the business, from production processing, production management, purchasing, quality and financial management. Nancy has a hands-on and an open-door management philosophy with professional and personal ethics for customers and personnel of the highest level.
Dan Dove
Engineering Manager
Dan has been at Basic Electronics, Inc. for 34 years and in the interconnect design and manufacturing industry for 50 years. Throughout his career, he has been involved and responsible for research and development, product design, engineering, project/program and general business management. He has had the opportunity and ability to visualize and realize unique product, created by combining a myriad of design and fabrication technologies. He has received patents for specialized dielectric materials and electronic interconnect products. He is here to assist you, our customers and support your needs.
Nathan Dove
Quality Manager
Nathan Dove is Basic Electronics, Inc. Quality Manger. With a background in Flexible Circuit Design and Manufacture, Nathan brings with him a knowledge of the product from the inside out. He has managed and led the Basic Electronics, Inc. team in securing and maintaining the company’s AS9100/ISO9000 quality system. He secures that it is integrated into every phase of BEI product manufacturing and operations. Nathan has IPC-610, J-STD and 6 Sigma Certifications.
Aurora Garcia
Sales Assistant
Aurora handles all documentation relating to customer RFQ’s through Sales and out the door shipments. She promptly processes all aspects of the supply chain in a manner that positively benefits valued Basic Electronics, Inc. customers. Ms. Garcia has a 30+ year history with Basic Electronics, Inc. and maintains a valuable history of rapport with all current customers and new business contacts
